This newly redesigned manifold prioritizes durability by increasing the pipe thickness to 3.0mm. It utilizes robust SUS304 stainless steel, and the pipes extend into the flange, eliminating the need for unnecessary heat-based reinforcement. Developed to enable a 450 horsepower range with a T25 flange replacement. Therefore, it is designed for use with the turbocharger in its original position. The included reinforcement bracket minimizes flange distortion. The SR20DET's firing order is 1⇒3⇒4⇒2, so by connecting pipes 1 and 4, and 2 and 3, exhaust interference is minimized, employing a method to more evenly distribute exhaust within the exhaust manifold.

If using the S13/180SX genuine turbocharger, it will interfere with the piping of the genuine intercooler, so modification will be required during installation.
If equipped with ABS, it will interfere with the ABS unit, so the unit will need to be moved.
