We previously sold manifolds with TD flanges, but this newly redesigned TD manifold prioritizes durability by increasing the pipe thickness from the previous 1.6 mm to 3.0 mm. It uses strong SUS304 stainless steel as the material, and although the pipe is designed to extend into the flange, it is further reinforced with welded reinforcing plates to prevent cracking. The included reinforcing stays allow for reinforcement of the wastegate side and minimize flange distortion.
